North Stoneville
Water West is working with Satterley Property Group to deliver a wastewater treatment and recycling scheme for a new townsite at North Stoneville in the Perth Hills. The townsite will include over 1,400 residential lots plus commercial centres and schools. Water West will collect, treat and reuse 100% of all wastewater from the development for irrigation of open spaces within the townsite. Design and approvals are currently underway with the scheme anticipated to be operational in 2021.
North Dandalup
Water West has been mandated to undertake the design and approvals work for both wastewater and potable water at Silversun Corporation’s North Dandalup development, consisting of 1500 – 2750 future residential lots. North Dandalup is located in the rapidly growing Peel region south of Perth and 22km east of Mandurah. Water West will commence construction of the water infrastructure for this development in partnership with Silversun Corporation.
